It's been a wonderful year for the Money Makers Club for Start-Ups & Emerging Small Business. It's been a pleasure meeting those of you who have come out to the events. I hope you all have taken away information and resources that have added value to your business and spirit. At this time, I would like to thank each and every member of the Money Makers Club -- those who have stuck with us from the very first meetup, which was our Business Plan Writing Workshop of January 2008 with the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, ACCION New York & New Jersey, Phil Andrews of Power Networking Business Exchange, Tony Herbert of The Professionals Network Organization, Greg Jones of USA Closers, Joe Nunziata of Spiritual Selling and Andrew Morrison of 90 Day Small Business Camp; we brought you Christian Doria from Anthony Robbins' Companies, and much more. And most certainly, I welcome and thank all of our precious newbies who have recently joined the Group.
I am happy to announce that we are stepping it up in 2009, and look forward to bringing you higher level networking and money making opps in 2009. This year, we enjoyed such venues as the Harvard Club, networking with celebs and media at some of the hottest night spots in Midtown and Soho, brought to you by The Professionals Network Organization (thank you so much, Tony Herbert), meaningful and helpful FREE workshops, teleconferences and webinars to help you make money and grow your business. But in 2009, we want to put our faces in the places where the money moves right into your pocket. Places where the power players are seeking your services and making big deals. But in order to make that happen, we need to heighten our operation and that is what I will be working on in 2009.
With that said, I am pleased to announce that as of January 1, 2009, all NEW members will be required to pay an annual membership fee of $100 to join the Money Makers Club. I find that this is a means to bring us a higher level of networking and to strengthen the committment of members to get the most out of this Group. So, kindly tell all your enterprising friends and colleagues to join the Money Makers Club before the December 31st deadline. After that, every new member will be required to pay $100 for the year.
To show my appreciation to everyone who has stuck with us through the year, membership will continue to be free to all current members and anyone who joins the Money Makers Club before January 1st, 2009. We will continue to bring you as many FREE hi quality events as possible and do our best to keep any fees for paid meetups to the barest minimum possible.
